Quotes and estimates

Submitting the quote form is a request, not a contract, and does not obligate either of us. Any price we give before seeing the work in person is an estimate based on what you told us and the photos you sent. Final pricing depends on an on-site assessment — conditions behind a wall or ceiling can only be judged in person. Work begins only once we have agreed on scope and price.

Text messages

Text messaging is optional. You are opted in only if you checked the SMS box on our quote form; consent is not a condition of any purchase or service, and declining it changes nothing about the service you receive.

Opted-in customers may receive messages about their quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, job status, and replies to their questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — your mobile carrier's charges are yours.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we will send one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@propatchplaster.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Photos you upload

Photos you send are used to assess your job. If we would like to use a before/after photo of your project in our own marketing, we will ask you first.

Accuracy of this site

We keep the information here current, but service descriptions, offers and pricing can change. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular result on your property.

Workmanship

Any warranty on completed work is the one stated in your written estimate or invoice. These website terms neither add to it nor take away from it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
