Who we are
Pro Patch Plaster Inc. is a residential home improvement contractor. You can reach us at info@propatchplaster.com or (617) 939-8255.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect only what you type into the form:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The service address for the work
- The job type, your message, and any photos you choose to upload
- Basic technical details sent by your browser — device type, and the ad or search that referred you, so we know which of our ads are working
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your quote request, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and invoice you. That is all. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We share it only with service providers who help us operate — email delivery, file storage, scheduling and payment processing — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service for us.
Text messages
We text you only if you checked the optional SMS box on our quote form. That checkbox is never required — you can request a quote and receive full service without it, and we will contact you by phone or email instead.
If you do opt in, you may receive messages about your quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, job updates, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to message you about your own job, and are never shared for any other purpose.
Analytics
Our site may use Google Analytics and advertising pixels to understand how visitors find us and which ads lead to quote requests. These tools set cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing the ability to submit a quote request.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — email info@propatchplaster.com and we will, except where we are required to keep a record.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email info@propatchplaster.com and a real person will handle it.
Children
Our services are for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes to how we use your information will be posted here before they take effect.
